    • Reason for return

    • Photographs of the product (if it’s damaged or incorrect)

  • If approved, we’ll arrange for a pickup or guide you on how to return the item.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that are opened or partially used

  • Items without original packaging or invoice
